Conditioner

The conductor body is made of stainless steel and the rotor is made of steel. Both sides of the rotor are fixed with bearings and activated by a belt-driven motor-reducer.

A screw screw is used as a feeder with this machine. The product from the bunker is delivered to the rotor part of the Conditioner by a feeder coil. The required volume of steam is supplied from an external steam boiler and supplied directly to the supply Jul.

The rotor is made of a complete full steel rod. The pads are made of special hardened steel and are fixed with bolts on the rotor/shaft. The rotor is fully static and dynamically balanced. Thanks to the covers located on the sides of the conditioner, cleaning and maintenance works can be performed easily. The structure of the conditioner is designed in accordance with the multi-layer system structure to feed the pellet press in different portions.
