Crumbler

The Decembers between the waltz balls are adjusted by means of a gear motor and gearboxes. The distance can be read from the automation system via linear rulers. Waltz balls are protected by springs from impacts and shocks caused by foreign substances. A sample compartment is available for product inspection.

Single and double models of the roller mill are available. The waltz balls are placed side by side (horizontal) inside the machine body. The diameters and lengths of the waltz balls vary according to the capacity.
