Double Conditioner

With the Double Shaft Conditioner, steam and fluid are added to half of the finished product in the process. Thus, homogeneous mixing of the feed is ensured. Thanks to the adjustable pads on the shaft and shaft, which can work at two different speeds, the cooking and mixing time can be adjusted according to request.

The body is completely made of AISI304 material. Starch gelatinization of the product mixed with steam increases in the Double Shaft Conditioner. In this way, the salmonella bacteria in the feed is reduced. Thanks to the double rotor, the zigzagging raw material is exposed to steam for a longer time and a more efficient feed mixture is obtained.
