They can also be used as screening sections in grain and food processing plants, chemical substance processing plants, sugar factories, mining and papermaking industries.
Working Principle: The entering product is quickly distributed evenly over the width of the mold cover and automatically classified under the influence of the circular movement of the machine from the feeding part to the feeding end of the body. Thus, the product with a smaller particle size passes quickly through the lower part sieve, while the product with a larger particle size moves along the inclined surface of the upper part sieve body towards the lower end (discharge end). Since there is no mixing or vertical jumping during the movement, the smaller particles are always wrapped in the sieve cover and pass through the sieve.
