Conditioner

The conditioner body is made of stainless steel and the rotor is made of steel. Both sides of the rotor are fixed with bearings and activated by a belt-driven motor-reducer.

An auger that plays the role of feeder is used with this machine. The product coming from the bin is fed to the rotor part of the Conditioner via the feeder auger. The required volume of steam is supplied externally from the Steam Boiler and given directly to the inlet Nostrils.

The rotor is made entirely of full steel rod. The paddles are made of specially hardened stainless steel and fixed to the rotor/shaft with bolts. The rotor is completely statically and dynamically balanced. There are covers on the sides of the conditioner, which gives and easy Access to be able to do cleaning and Maintenance.
