Micro Hammer Mill

The hammer mill is fed regularly through a suitable feeder. Particle size is reduced by hammers that captures the grain. It continues until the particles are expelled from the perforated screen surrounding the rotor. The product is then collected in a chamber.

The hammer mill, which is used in various areas of the food industry and farms, especially in feed and flour factories, enables the breaking and grinding of granular products. By the feeder on the machine, the product is distributed homogeneously into the Hammer Mill. With the rotor, which is the rotating part of the hammer mill, the products in the mill are broken into smaller pieces. After the raw materials are crushed, they pass through sieves suitable for the desired size. The raw material separated into particles is collected in a warehouse or a silo. Basically, the working principle of the hammer mill is simple, but the efficiency of the machine depends on variables such as hammer quality, sieve and rotation speed, filter quality.
