Paddle Mixer

Paddle Mixer is designed to mix different milled raw materials homogeneously, with or without the addition of liquid. A mixture of raw materials can be provided with a mixing precision of 1/100000. Adding liquid such as oil in to the mixer is provided by the nozzles. It provides optimum ration standards in the mixing process with its specially designed paddle set. Every part inside of the mixer body is reached by the perfectly positioned paddles. The paddle arrangement prevents the product in the mixer from sticking to the body and cleans the body by constantly scraping it. Product discharge time is accelerated and capacity is increased by the wide double – staged locked pneumatic covers.

Optionally, paddle mixers made of stainless steel are available to mix products that require high hygiene.
