Screw Conveyor

It is used in flour and feed factories to transport the product (wheat, flour, bran, corn, etc.) circulating in the system and/or to transfer it from one machine to another. In all systems, the product is transported horizontally by means of screws. The transportation process is done by rotating the augers welded on steel drawn pipes with the help of a gearbox. There is an overflow sensor on the top cover on the outlet to prevent jamming. Manual sliding covers are made for ease of maintenance of the screw augers used under the silos. It is manufactured with single and double shafts according to capacity.
