
Hammer mill filters, which are generally used in crushing lines, are mounted on the lower chamber of the mill together with the mill, and the fan connected to the filter and held by bag-shaped filter bags drags the dust products that come out during the passage of the crushed product to the lower chamber. Pulse valves transfer the air compressed in the air tank at certain intervals. It is blown into bags under pressure. Dust particles stuck in the bags are shaken off and reused. It prevents products such as dust, garbage and straw generated during cleaning from spreading into the environment.
The differential pressure sensor indicates that the filter bags need to be changed or cleaned and warns the operator so that the equipment to which it is connected operates at maximum efficiency.
