Vibro Sifter

Vibrating sieve technology is a sieve that separates products according to grain size and removes foreign objects with the help of different sieve screens. It helps materials of the same granule size to enter the production line. The sieve, whose vibration movement is provided by vibro motors, allows the incoming product to be classified as desired. In electric vibrators, vibration intensity can be adjusted according to the condition of the production line. In vibro sieves, the product continues through the sieve meshes that get smaller from the upper sieve to the lower layers.

Disassembly and installation of the screens are done quickly by their modular structure.
